Internal Stakeholder Feedback Meeting Held at Our Department
A meeting titled the “Internal Stakeholder Feedback Meeting” was held by our department with the aim of continuously improving the education process and reflecting stakeholder views in decision-making mechanisms.
The meeting was attended by the student representatives of our 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years, together with our department’s teaching staff.
During the meeting, students’ views, suggestions, and expectations regarding the education process, course contents and curriculum structure, internship practices, academic advising services, and social and physical facilities were evaluated. The feedback received from the student representatives was addressed in relation to our department’s program educational objectives and program learning outcomes (PLOs).
The views expressed were recorded and brought to the department’s agenda to be assessed within the framework of the continuous improvement (Plan–Do–Check–Act) approach. The meeting concluded by emphasizing the importance of our internal stakeholders’ active participation in quality assurance processes.
Our department will continue to regularly collect the views of its students and teaching staff and to use this feedback as a key input for enhancing the quality of education.
